• If a match is not played at the scheduled venue or location, Jillihot may void the relevant bets and refund the original stake.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jillihot reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• In the event of a disputed result, the final decision of the relevant sports governing body will apply.

Live betting means placing bets on events that are already in progress. Some additional conditions apply in this case:

• Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Bets may not be accepted due to internet connection delays. jillihot will not be held responsible in such cases.
• If a bet is accepted after the outcome of an event has already been determined, jillihot reserves the right to void that bet.
• The cash-out amount on live betting may not always match your original bet — it depends on current market conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jillihot:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Creating accounts or operating in a coordinated manner for the purpose of exploiting bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches or bugs for personal gain.
• Placing bets or managing your account using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or abusive manner toward other users or jillihot staff.

Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

Jillihot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
• Where suspicious financial activity or indications of money laundering are detected.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 18 months), for administrative reasons.
